House Opening Hours
Guests must inform the House of time of arrival. The House of Kheops is open from 7am to 12 midnight. Guests must inform the house manager or booking team of a late or early arrival time; failing to do so could result in an extra charge or risk of losing the room. Should guests wish to come back to the house after midnight, they must let the team know 5 hours in advance. Unnotified late returns could result in innability to access the House.
Room Check in/out
Guests may check in to the rooms at 3 pm and check out of the room is 11 am. Guests may stay and enjoy the garden space until 3 pm. Should guests wish to check in earlier or check out later, the House team must be notified 24 hours prior to the check out times. Should guests wish to extend their stay for following nights, the team must also be made aware 24 hours prior to extension date.
House Events
The House of Kheops and team may hold other events in the house, such as small photoshoots, gatherings or artistic events. The House is not a Hotel or Hostel, it is a creative space so we allow for events and workshops to take place whilst guests are in the house.
Should any guests wish to ask for any exceptions or issues regarding events in the house, please consult with the booking team or house management.
Music and Drinks
Music may be played until 10.30pm before lowering the volume to a minimum until 12 midnight. Any loud music after midnight could result on guests being asked to leave the House.
Alcohol is permitted in the house up to 2 (Stella beers) per person per night or a bottle of wine (between 2 people). Spirits are not allowed to be consumed in the house. Should there be notice of any social unacceptable behaviour, damage to property or disrespect to staff, the House has the right to remove said person from the premises immediately and will not entail a refund on the room bookings.
Guests may only have additional guests at the house given that the team is notified. They may stay between 10am and 10pm. Should guests invite other people from outside the house unannounced, the team hold the right to remove the additonal members immediately and risk losing the right of room rentals.
Egyptians must be married to stay at the house if in case of groups of mixed sexes. Should an unmarried couple lie about their status, the team hold the right to remove them from the House immediately.
